OFFICIAL RULES FOR KEYNOTE LUNCH TICKET GIVEAWAY

Eligibility: Every California Association of REALTORS® (“C.A.R.”) member that registers between 12:00 a.m. (PST) July 2, 2024, and 11:59 p.m. (PST) July 5, 2024 (“Eligibility Period) to attend the 2024 REimagine! (“REimagine!”) will be automatically entered for a chance to win one keynote lunch ticket at REimagine! Only one entry per qualified entrant. C.A.R. members who registered prior to July 2, 2024, are excluded. Employees of C.A.R., its subsidiaries or other affiliated entities, and their employees and respective agents, affiliates, subsidiary and parent companies, sales representatives, marketing affiliates and partners, exhibitors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families or household of each are not eligible.

Prize and Odds of Winning: One (1) winner will receive one (1) keynote lunch ticket at REimagine! for the keynote lunch on September 25, 2024 (approximately 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.) (approximate value: $125).  Prize not redeemable for cash; no substitutions. Odds of winning are based on the total number of entries.

Drawing: The drawing for the prize will be held at approximately 2:00 p.m. (PST) on July 10, 2024 by C.A.R. employees. Entrants need not be present to win. C.A.R. will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact the winner using contact information provided by each entrant.  If the winner is not reached within a reasonable period, he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

Other Rules: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law. The prize winner shall promptly provide C.A.R. with information to comply with federal, state and local tax laws, or may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Participants agree that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these rules, and further agree to be bound by the decisions of the C.A.R., which are binding and final on all matters pertaining to this Drawing and prize won. C.A.R. does not assume any responsibility for misdirected, late or non-delivered mail or e-mail or technical issues during registration.

Liability: Any taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. By entering, each participant releases and holds harmless C.A.R., its subsidiaries and affiliates, and respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Drawing or the  prize won, and acknowledges that C.A.R., its employees and agents, have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

NO CONTRIBUTION, PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSART TO ENTER TO WIN. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
